    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our team. The Software Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our software solutions to our valued customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


    • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
    • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with customers to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and delivery schedules.
    • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams, including development, QA, and support, to allocate resources and ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
    • Supporting Account Executives: Collaborate with account executives during the sales process to provide technical expertise, answer customer questions, and address concerns related to project delivery and implementation.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing best practices, conducting thorough testing, and adhering to quality standards.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including customers, executives, and project teams, on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers as needed, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilise our software solutions.
    • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and customer satisfaction, and regularly report on these metrics to management.


    • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.
    • Experience working with customers to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
