Information Security Statement

Macmarts is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information in providing software
development and licencing including provision of software
product support service offered by the Company.By operating on secure platforms, Macmarts ensures the protection of
personnel, clients, and partners’ information security and their information assets.
This ISMS Policy aims to protect our information assets from any internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats. To
pursue the policy, we shall:

  • ensure that all information, including internal, third-party, personal and electronic data, is treated with
    complete control as we are committed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all
    information assets within our care;
  • ensure establish measurable information security objectives that Macmarts aims to achieve to enhance its
    information security posture;
  • ensure that our information system and the information contained meet the needs of our core and supporting
    business operations;
  • comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • safeguard the security of our information assets through effective business continuity management.
  • perform reliable access control to protect our information system against unauthorized access;
  • manage information security risks or risks as part of projects and standard business activities;

Under this policy:

  • All breaches of information security, actual or suspected, will be reported to and investigated by authorized
    persons including System Administrator.
  • Process owner managing information security compliance is responsible for documenting and maintaining the
    Information Security Management System;
  • Information Security documents not limited to Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines will be made available
    with Macmarts’ workforce through Drata to support the ISMS Policy;
  • Department heads shall implement the policy within their units and ensure that every staff member adheres to
    the policy.
  • This policy has been approved by the CEO. It will be reviewed, and if necessary revised, annually to keep up
    to date.
